FSU’s Department of Music Presents Vocal Studios Recital

Frostburg State University’s Department of Music will present the FSU Vocal Studios in a recital of classical, operatic and musical theatre selections on Monday, Oct. 23, at 7:30 p.m. in the Pealer Recital Hall of FSU’s Woodward D. Pealer Performing Arts Center. The concert is free and open to the public. This event will also be livestreamed; click the “Join Stream” button on this page a few minutes before the recital is scheduled to begin, or any time during the recital, to view the live performance.

Music majors and minors from the vocal studios of Dr. Colin Johnson, Dr. Chun-Ting Chao and Bixiao Wang, accompanied by pianist Dr. Joseph Yungen, will perform art songs and selections from opera and musical theatre. The musical theatre selections include many well-known songs from the contemporary musical theatre repertory.
