 ustin\, Blue Water Highway captivates audiences with rich harmonies\, thou
 ghtful songwriting and live performances that are as entertaining as they 
 are emotionally resonant. Known for blending modern influences with tradit
 ional roots\, the band creates music that feels both timeless and refreshi
 ngly original. Drawing comparisons to iconic artists such as The Eagles\, 
 Bruce Springsteen and Counting Crows\, Blue Water Highway crafts songs tha
 t are grounded in authentic storytelling and carried by memorable melodies
 . Their sound strikes a balance between familiarity and innovation\, invit
 ing listeners into songs that linger long after the final note.\n\nThe Lev
 itt AMP Cumberland Music Series brings the community together each summer 
 through ten free\, live outdoor concerts that celebrate music\, connection
  and place. The series energizes Cumberland’s historic city center and s
 howcases the Festival Grounds at Canal Place. With sweeping water views\, 
 gorgeous mountain scenery and a lively\, welcoming atmosphere\, Levitt AMP
  concerts have become a beloved gathering place to celebrate arts and cult
 ure in the tri-state western Maryland community.\n\nLaunched in 2023\, the
  series features free\, family‑friendly concerts showcasing artists from
  a wide range of musical genres. Each week brings the community together
 —neighbors\, friends and visitors of all ages—for an evening that cele
 brates music\, connection and the arts. Attendees are encouraged to bring 
 a blanket or a chair\, invite friends and enjoy a vibrant summer tradition
  in the heart of Cumberland.\n\nThe Levitt AMP Cumberland Music Series is 
 supported in part by the Levitt Family Foundation\, which partners with ch
 angemakers and nonprofits to strengthen the social fabric of communities i
 n America through free\, live music in outdoor public spaces. Presenting h
 igh-caliber talent and a broad array of music genres and cultural programm
 ing\, Levitt concerts are welcoming\, inclusive destinations where people 
 of all ages and backgrounds come together. In 2026\, the Levitt Family Fou
 ndation is supporting over 900 free concerts in 90+ towns and cities acros
 s the country\, bringing joy to over a million people. In addition to supp
 orting free concerts\, the Foundation is dedicated to advancing vibrant mu
 sic ecosystems through partnerships\, field-building initiatives\, and res
