The Teaching Kitchen is designed to provide students with an immersive culinary and nutrition experience. At the Teaching Kitchen, students can explore food, culinary, and nutrition literacy in ways that positively impact food choices and experiences. We focus on the inherently healthy foods of a wide variety of cultures around the world, The Teaching Kitchen participants increase their appreciation of world cuisines and cultures.
