CES presents Ghost-Note

Headed by Snarky Puppy’s multiple Grammy-winning percussion duo of Robert “Sput” Searight and Nate Werth, Ghost-Note takes listeners on a mind-blowing rhythmical journey that pushes funk music into the future with fresh takes on everything from Afrobeat and hip-hop to psychedelia, world folklore and more. Ghost-Note’s high-energy musicians create seductive, danceable grooves with contagious feel-good energy. This event features, club-style seating, a food menu and bar service.

Immediately following the performance, WFWM-FM Station Director, Chuck Dicken, will join the artists onstage for a lively, interactive discussion with the audience.

This engagement is made possible through the Jazz Touring Network program of Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation with support from the National Endowment for the Arts. CES is supported in part by the Maryland State Arts Council (msac.org), the Allegany Arts Council and the City of Frostburg.
