Fee: $100 (includes 18 holes of golf, cart, 1 Powerball/Mulligan combo, lunch (during registration), and a $30 gift to the FSU Foundation in support of the Athletics Field Hockey Scholarship Fund (86810).

Athletic Sponsor ($500) - One sign at one hole, digital logo displayed during halftime of a Field Hockey game, public address announcement at every home Field Hockey game, opportunity to attend special sponsor appreciation events.
Contest Sponsor ($250) - Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive
Hole Sponsor ($175) - One sign at one hole with business name and logo
Team Cart Sponsor ($100) - One sign on a team cart

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received no later than 10 days prior to the event date to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made fewer than 10 days before the event are non-refundable, including those due to weather conditions. Events will proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by the organizer. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
