Student Recital Series

FSU Department of Music presents the Student Recital Series.  The recitals feature various music students performing solo works, along with occassional duo, trio or small ensemble pieces.  Today's program includes:

Ryan Barber, marimba - "Air on the G String" by J.S. Bach

Nathan Kopit, snare drum - "Portrait No. 1" by Anthony Cirone

Blaine Becker, multi-percussion - "Paganry" by Morris Goldenberg

Marshall Borleis, guitar - "Romance for Tree" by Takashi Yoshimatsu

Paul Zimmerman, guitar - "Sonatina" by Frederico Moreno-Torroba

Andrew Hartnett, piano - "Danseuses de Delphes" by Claude Debussy

Robert Bittinger, piano - Prelude from "Suite Bergamasque" by Claude Debussy

Hannah Polk, mezzo-soprano & Mirto Dorcil, piano - "Vaga luna, che inargenti" by Vincenzo Bellini, and "My Favorite Things" by Rodgers & Hammerstein

The recital is free and open to the public.
