Elementary School Students Invited to STEMfest at FSU
Elementary school students are invited to STEMfest to participate in hands-on science, technology, engineering and mathematics demonstrations and activities at Frostburg State University on Saturday, May 4, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Cordts PE Center Main Arena at FSU. This event is free and open to the public.
STEMfest is a collaboration among FSU, the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science Appalachian Laboratory and the Allegany County Board of Education. Last year the event coincided with the National STEM Festival held on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. Over 400 people participated at the Frostburg site.
