A charming romantic comedy will come to FSU in the form of “Barefoot in the Park,” a classic play by prolific playwright Neil Simon. After their honeymoon, Paul and Corie Bratter arrive at their new home, an expensive yet run-down New York City apartment. Corie decides to play matchmaker and sets her mother up with their oddball, attic-dwelling neighbor, and disaster ensues. The couple’s marriage is tested early on as free-spirited Corie and straight-laced Paul grapple with their differences. Performances will be Friday, Nov. 15, at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, Nov. 16, at 2 and 7:30 p.m.; and Thursday, Nov. 21, through Saturday, Nov. 23, at 7:30 p.m. in the F. Perry Smith Studio Theatre.
