Commencement

Frostburg State University will celebrate and recognize the achievements of its May 2013 graduating class during the University’s 142nd commencement ceremonies Saturday, May 18, in the Harold J. Cordts Physical Education Center’s Main Arena on the FSU campus. Dr. Jonathan C. Gibralter, FSU president, will confer degrees on graduates from the colleges of Business, Education and Liberal Arts and Sciences.
The ceremony for the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences will be at 9:30 a.m., and the College of Business and College of Education will be at 2:00 p.m.
Provost Dr. Stephen Simpson; Dr. Clarence Golden, dean of the College of Education; Dr. Ahmad Tootoonchi, dean of the College of Business; and Dr. Joseph Hoffman, dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, will present candidates for degrees during commencement.
